CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

The person who made the booking is responsible for ensuring that additional players agree to the Terms and Conditions and receive relevant information. This ensures that all participants are well-informed.
6. Early Arrival Recommendation
Arrive up to 15 minutes early to maximize your experience. Late arrivals may result in a shorter game to avoid overlapping with the next booking. Punctuality is key to a smooth and enjoyable experience.
THE EXPERIENCE

You and your team must listen to and follow instructions from our Game Masters throughout the experience. These instructions cover the agenda, escape game rules, and health and safety guidelines. Failure to comply may result in ejection from the venue without a refund.

Physical force is strictly prohibited during the escape game. Our design ensures robustness and minimal risk of damage. Deliberate use of force violates our conditions and will lead to immediate termination. Any intentional damage requires payment for repairs and may result in ejection.

Participants found under the influence of alcohol or other substances will be ejected from the venue without a refund. This ensures a safe environment for all players.
4. CCTV Recording and Ownership
We may record your experience on CCTV for safety and operational purposes. All recordings remain our property. These recordings help us monitor and improve our services.
5. Intellectual Property Protection
Copying or using any of our puzzles or game materials is strictly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Our intellectual property is protected to maintain the integrity of the experience.
SAFETY
